Multi-Day Event Registration

Multi-day event registration issues each delegate a single pass that works on every day of the event, and records attendance separately for each day. Anginat Events does this for conferences, festivals and exhibitions running across two days or a week — one registration, one QR pass, and a per-day record of who actually came.

The number most multi-day events never capture is drop-off: how many of day one came back on day two. Counting registrations cannot tell you. Counting scans per day can.

One pass, every day

A delegate registers once. The same signed QR works on day one and day three, with no reissue and no second registration.

Attendance per day, not once at the gate

Each scan is timestamped against the registration, so day-on-day attendance and drop-off are visible rather than estimated.

Day passes alongside full passes

Different registration types on one form, so single-day delegates get the right credential and appear correctly in the count.

Guests counted each day

A party of three on day one may be two on day two. Staff confirm the number at the door, so catering figures follow reality.

Badges printed once, reused all week

Print on arrival on the first day on a Sunmi device. The badge carries the same QR for the rest of the event.

Offline check-in

An outage on any day does not lose that day’s attendance — the device holds registrations and syncs afterwards.

Common questions

Does one pass work across all days of the event?

Yes. A delegate registers once and receives a single QR entry pass that scans on every day of the event. The pass is not consumed at first scan, so there is nothing to reissue on day two.

Can I see who attended each day?

Yes. Each scan is recorded against that registration with its time, so you can see day-one attendance separately from day two. Drop-off between days is usually the most useful number a multi-day event produces, and it is invisible if you only count registrations.

What about delegates who only come for one day?

Day passes and full-event passes can be separate registration types on the same form, so a one-day delegate is issued the right credential and counted correctly.

How do guests work across multiple days?

A registration can cover guests up to a limit you set. At the door, staff confirm how many of the party arrived — which can differ from day to day, so the headcount stays accurate rather than assuming everyone returns.

What if a delegate loses their pass on day two?

Their pass can be resent to the same email or WhatsApp number in a tap, or looked up by name at the desk and reprinted on a Sunmi device. Nothing needs re-registering.

Does check-in work if venue wifi fails on one of the days?

Yes. Registrations are held on the device, so scanning continues through an outage and syncs when the connection returns. On a multi-day event this matters more, because an outage on day one must not lose day-one attendance.
