Anginat Events provides an event management platform that includes registration management, badge printing, check-in systems, AI photo distribution, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Pricing

Pricing is based on the services selected and event requirements. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment

• Payment is due as per the agreed payment schedule
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and UPI
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Equipment rental fees are non-refundable after delivery
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Anginat Events and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

9. Privacy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
