What should I look for when choosing event registration software in India?
Four things decide most cases. Whether you are selling tickets publicly or inviting a known list. Whether you need people and badge printers at the venue or only software. Whether attendees should receive their pass on WhatsApp, which in India matters more than email. And whether check-in keeps working when venue wifi fails, because at larger Indian venues it frequently does.
How much does event registration software cost in India?
Public ticketing platforms usually take a percentage of each ticket sold, which suits paid events and is poor value for free ones. Enterprise platforms are licensed annually and are priced for large conferences. For invite-based events, per-event pricing that scales with the number of registrations is usually the cheapest route.
When is Anginat not the right choice?
If you are selling tickets to the general public, a consumer ticketing platform with its own audience will sell more tickets than we will — we have no marketplace. If you need a virtual or hybrid event platform with streaming and a virtual expo floor, that is not what we build. And if you need staffed registration desks outside Delhi NCR or Jaipur, talk to us before assuming we can cover it.
What is Anginat best suited to?
Invite-based and registration-based events where you know who is coming: conferences, AGMs, exhibitions, dealer meets, cultural evenings and institutional events. Attendees register, receive a signed QR entry pass by email or WhatsApp, and are scanned in on an ordinary Android phone or a Sunmi device that prints a badge on the spot.
Does event registration software work offline?
Some does, most does not. Ours holds registrations on the device, so scanning continues through a wifi outage at the entrance and syncs when the connection returns.
