What we provide in Lucknow
The registration software, used by your own team. Our staffed registration desks operate from Delhi NCR and Jaipur, so for a Lucknow event we would need to discuss travel before promising people on site. The software itself works anywhere in India on phones you already own.
Event registration in Lucknow: common questions
Do you provide on-site registration staff in Lucknow?
Our staffed registration desks run from Delhi NCR and Jaipur. For events in Lucknow we provide the software, and your own team checks attendees in using Android phones you already have. If you need people on site, tell us the dates and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
What does event registration cost for an event in Lucknow?
Software is priced per event and scales with the number of registrations, so a 150-person evening costs less than a 2,000-person conference. On-site staff, badge stock and printer hire are quoted separately, because only some events need them.
Can attendees in Lucknow get their entry pass on WhatsApp?
Yes. Attendees opt in on the registration form and receive their QR entry pass on WhatsApp as well as by email. Every send is recorded with its outcome, so you can see who actually received theirs and resend to anyone who did not.
Does check-in work if the venue wifi fails?
Yes. The Android check-in app holds registrations on the device, so scanning continues through an outage and syncs when the connection returns. This matters at larger venues in Lucknow where coverage at the entrance is often poor.
